Hello,

I was getting so many spam e-mails at webmaster@foxislandalliance.org, that I could not even scan the titles to see if any of the e-mails were valid. I just deleted them all. So that I could find the new ones, I added a new e-mail address to the bottom of the web page. It now reads:

Send e-mail requests to be added to the Nature Observations page and also anything about the web site to: Contact nospam at foxislandalliance dot org (hint: delete ” nospam ” , and replace ” at ” with “@” and ” dot ” with “.”)

Send your name and e-mail address to me at this e-mail. It would help if you included some text to let me know that your e-mail is not spam. Perhaps you could say something like, “I visit Fox Island and would like to post items on the Nature Observations page.” You would only need to do this once.

What a strange ‘winter.’ I don’t remember ever having a winter this warm. There have been several days when I was able to walk around in a t-shirt. Spring wildflowers are starting to pop up. The honeysuckle started leafing out several weeks ago.
